Refund policy
Defective Items
If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 15 days of delivery to request a return or exchange. Upon approval, we will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions for returning the item. For defective items, we will cover the return shipping costs. After inspection and confirmation of the defect, we will offer a replacement or a full refund at your option. Items found not to be defective will be processed as standard returns and may be subject to restocking fees and return shipping charges.

- Eligibility for Returns
- Only unused items in their original condition and packaging are eligible for return.
- Custom ordered items are not returnable under any circumstances.
- Defective Items
- If you receive a defective item, notify us within 15 days of delivery.
- We will provide an RMA and cover return shipping for confirmed defects.
- After inspection, you may choose a replacement or a full refund.
- Items not found defective will be processed as standard returns.
- Some defected items is handled by the manufacturer, but we will be assisting you with defects.
- Return Authorization
- All returns must be approved in advance.
- The RMA number must be clearly marked on the outside of the package. Returns without an RMA will not be accepted.
- Return Shipping Costs
- The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a confirmed defect.
- Restocking Fee
- Returns requested after 15 days from the date of delivery will incur a 10% restocking fee.
- Additional Terms
- After 30 days from purchase there will be no returns approved.
- Returns must be shipped within 30 days of purchase.
- Refunds or exchanges will be processed after the returned item is received and inspected.
- Warranties are handled through the manufacturer. If you have issues we will be glad to assist you with getting the item warranty if needed.
