Our Shipping Policies

1.     Accuracy: We aim for precision with every order. Each is checked by one team member, then verified by another before packaging. However, mistakes can occur. If you discover an error, contact us within seven days of receiving your package and keep all items and materials. We may request photos and will do our best to resolve the issue promptly.

2.     Proper Packaging: We make every effort to pack your order securely so it arrives intact. If your package arrives damaged, ask the carrier to document the damage if possible. Missed the carrier? Email us within 72 hours to report the problem. Please retain everything and provide photos along with your order number and a description of the damages.

3.     Shipping Cost: We charge only what it costs us to ship your order—no profit added to shipping fees. That is unless your order qualifies for free shipping!

4.     Transit Time: We strive to deliver your items promptly and use economical shipping as long as delivery times are reasonable. For expedited shipping, please contact us before ordering. We will quote the cost and invoice you directly.

Once your package is with the carrier, our control is limited. Delivery delays can happen, especially during holidays. Lack of tracking updates doesn't necessarily mean your package is lost; carriers only declare packages lost after 30 days without movement. We'll work with you and the carrier to resolve issues as best we can. Thankfully, incidents of lost packages are rare, even though we ship many orders.
